Title Sponsor Donation
The Title Sponsor level is the highest visibility sponsorship opportunity for the 3rd Annual Fall Festival hosted by Backing The Brave TX and Thin Line Force.
This sponsorship helps support a community event created to honor, serve, and bring resources to veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, and their families. Sponsorship donations are made to Thin Line Force, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
As a Title Sponsor, your business or organization will receive “Presented By” naming rights for the festival. The event will be promoted as the 3rd Annual Fall Festival Presented by [Sponsor], giving your organization premier visibility throughout the event campaign.
This sponsorship includes:
- “Presented By” naming rights
- Festival officially named: 3rd Annual Fall Festival Presented by [Sponsor]
- Largest logo on all marketing materials
- Logo on event banner at entrance
- Recognition in all press releases
- Recognition in all social media posts leading up to the event
- Dedicated sponsor spotlight video/interview
- Opportunity to speak during opening ceremony
- Premium 24′ x 24′ vendor space
- Logo on volunteer shirts
- First right of refusal for next year’s event
- Recognition plaque and appreciation package
The 3rd Annual Fall Festival will take place on September 26, 2026 in Spring, Texas. The official venue and event time will be announced once finalized.
Sponsorship Donation Notice
This sponsorship donation is made to Thin Line Force, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, in support of the 3rd Annual Fall Festival hosted by Backing The Brave TX and Thin Line Force.
Sponsorship benefits, marketing opportunities, promotional recognition, vendor space, naming rights, and other benefits may affect tax deductibility. Thin Line Force and Backing The Brave TX do not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your sponsorship contribution.
Before completing your sponsorship donation, you will be asked to review and agree to the full Sponsorship Agreement.
