I understand that vendor approval is based in part on the products, services, brand, company, and category listed in this application. I may only sell, sample, display, promote, or distribute the items approved through this application.

I understand that if I add unapproved items, bring an undisclosed brand/company, share my booth without approval, or sell products outside my approved category, I may be asked to remove the items or leave the event without refund and may be denied participation in future events.

I understand that booth sharing is subject to approval. Each vendor must submit their own application, identify their booth-sharing partner, sign the required vendor agreement, and be approved individually. Approval of one vendor does not guarantee approval of the other. If both vendors are approved, one vendor will be invoiced for the full booth fee and is responsible for collecting the other vendor’s share. If only one vendor is approved, that vendor will pay the full booth fee and receive the entire 10′ × 10′ booth space. Vendors who do not complete the application and approval process will not be permitted to participate or share a booth.
