Safety & Visitor Information
We want all guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience. To ensure your safety, we are following these procedures:
- Family-friendly and pet-friendly (leash required)
- No outside food or drinks.
- No alcohol may leave the premises.
- ADA-accessible restrooms and pathways
- Safety and Security is our highest priority! The festival will only have one entrance/exit located near Nichols Sawmill Rd. Entrance near 1488/Cloyd Rd will be completely closed for the duration of the event. Detours will be directed accordingly.
- First aid and security on-site (with support from local partners). We work very closely with Montgomery County and the City of Magnolia to provide a safe, yet fun, event for the whole family to enjoy.
- In case of an emergency, please call 9-1-1, go to the first aid station located in front of the pavilion, or find your nearest Security or Event Staff.
- Shelter-in-place will be located under the Pavilion or in the bathroom structure by the playground.
- Evacuation Route will be through the main entrance or in extreme measures, out towards Alpha Academy.
